Fr. Jonathan’s Remarks About Democracy in a Post-9/11 World

October 3, 2006

Fr. Jonathan DeFelice, O.S.B., president of the college, delivered an impassioned speech on the value and relevance of democracy in a post-9/11 world. He spoke before 300 guests at the 14th annual President’s Society Dinner at Davison Hall on Sept. 23. The event, which this year also marked the fifth anniversary of the New Hampshire Institute of Politics, recognizes the college’s most generous benefactors.
