I hope Sen. Clinton looks in the mirror as she aspires to rid the government of corruption (remember Whitewater?). With her as president, the White House door may no longer be just for the well connected, but the Lincoln Bedroom probably will return to the well connected.

Let's face it.....America is not ready for a person who, at her core, does not hold the welfare of all Americans as equally important. If Mrs. William Clinton wants socialism then perhaps she can, once again, conveniently reestablish her residency in another country that embraces this political philosophy.

Steve,

How about your candidates that take money from the gun lobby and pro dealth penalty groups. Do you selectively choose which dogma you'd like to follow like a person in a cafeteria?

Steve,

I can think of nothing more emblematic of uncritical thinking than simply adhering to Church dogma regarding homosexuality and/or abortion. There may well be logically valid reasons to oppose the agenda of homosexual or "abortion" groups, but appeal to Church authority is certainly not one of them. Appeals to authority and dogma are not appeals to reason.

Apparently Scott is not from New York State. If he was then he would soon realize the selfish political reasons why both William and Mrs. William Clinton chose NYS for their official residence.

Of course no one at this nominally Catholic College would mention that Hillary takes gobs of money from homosexual and abortion groups. That "elephant in the room" never came up right? The idea that Hillary Clinton, scandal queen, is going to clean up government is as absurd as can be. I hope the politics majors here are being taught to be a little more critical than what is represented here.

I get so tired of this "secret life of Hillary Clinton" spiel. She is smart, meticulous, and tough. What is this agenda she is hiding from us all, Bob?

People say she is so calculating, and use her compromises as a striking point. This I do not understand. Politics IS compromise. This new blogosphere environment is admirable in demanding accountability, but when the far left (and I think I'm PRETTY far left) won't accept anything more moderate than they are, they're (we're) no better than the far right.

I don't know what angle this snide comment was made from, whether Bob is a liberal or conservative, but I had to get that out there. The country will do so much better under our first Madame President than it has been doing over the past six years, and I think THAT is the only thing to which we must wake up.

In a time where government contractors continue to work side by side with federal employees but get paid more and are less accountable for their actions, Senator Clinton's proposals are what is needed.

Recently the SARA Panel commissioned by the White House released their findings of the problems facing the acqusition workforce. One of these findings included the over relaince on government contractors in the federal workforce.

If this is the first draft of her management agenda as president, it's already 10 times better and more effective than Bush's President's Management Agenda that he laid out in 2002.

When will America wake-up and see what the real Mrs. William Clinton is really like and the agenda that she is hiding from us all?
