Matthew Cooper, whose name has gained national recognition surrounding the Valerie Plame CIA leak investigation, testified in the ongoing investigation by Justice Department Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald that resulted in the indictment of Lewis "Scooter" Libby, former chief of staff for Vice President Dick Cheney.
